This website provides information regarding Pennsylvania's statewide building code, generally known as the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (PA-UCC). The PA-UCC is adopted and enforced by the majority of the Municipalities throughout Pennsylvania.
The primary function of the Building Codes Council is to adopt or modify model building codes for South Carolina, and regulate the registration of Building Codes Officers, Special Inspectors, and the Modular Building Program.
